Question: And what will that involve for you?
Answer: It will involve travelling throughout the United States, attending services at supporting churches and presenting the ABWE work in Mongolia. For us, in particular, in involves presenting at churches in Florida, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Washington, and West Virginia.
Question: But won't this make it difficult for Elim to continue his therapy?
Answer: Yes and no. We are committed to stability in his routine. The difficulties will be for Nicole and me, as we find creative ways to be where we need to be. At the same time, furlough ministry is very important to us. We believe it is our privilege and responsibility to share the mighty things God has done, and we believe the personal contact is important. We will find a way.
Question: Just another question or two… How have things been following the death of Chris' father?
Answer: Hard. We miss him, and few days pass without the bittersweet thought of how much better things would have been if he were here. My mom is doing well, though I am sure the loneliness must be crushing at times. We are doing our best to help "fill the holes," but no one could ever really fill the hole he has left behind.
Question: And, final question, what's on your schedule in the next couple of months?
Answer: The kids will finish their terms at school. Elim's school also takes a break at the end of June, and we will drive to the East Coast then. The actual dates and events look something like this…
June 26-30 - Drive to New York. July 1-5 - Chris presents Mongolia to this year's candidates at the ABWE Candidate School. July 12-16 - We attend ABWE's Missionary Enrichment Seminar at Harrisburg, PA
After that, we will spend a week with Nicole's family and then drive south to visit Nicole's sending church in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

AN IMPORTANT PRAYER REQUEST
On May 26,2004, we received the following note from our teammate Becky McGregor:
"Our office/classroom landlady came to the office today and announced that she will no longer rent the space to us. She wants to remodel the place and make it into a hotel. Our lease goes till the end of June, so Gangaa and I will be hunting for an office classroom area during the next few weeks. Pray that God will direct us to the right people who can help us find a good place for a similar rent. That it will be in this same area and that the move will go smoothly."
Please hold this prayer request regularly before the Lord. Thanks.
LIFE, DEATH, AND MEMORIALS
(This section deals with the death and life of my father. It is not specifically focussed upon missions, but we hope that it will show some of what the past few months have been like for us and that it may prove thought-provoking for you. The first part was written on March 31. It was originally entitled "Of Medicine, Miracles, and Misnomers.")
From my seat in the corner of ICU cubicle 655, I was able to see the doctor at the nurses' station. He flipped back the cover and scanned the contents of the binder. His eyebrows
